Fundraising with Crossroads BBQ
If you need to raise money for a school event, church, club, or outside organization, we are ready, happy, and driven to help you reach your goals.
For our fundraiser campaigns, we serve only the finest Boston butts with our signature seasoning and slow-cook them to perfection. Soon after, they can be picked up and returned to your supporters. So, here’s how it works:
Step 1: Download and review this quick-start guide to ensure your organization qualifies. For example, a minimum order of 50 butts will be required for all campaigns.
Step 2: Have a representative for the organization complete the form below. We’ll be asking for some vital information about your cause that will be used for qualification purposes and your fundraising webpage, where orders will be submitted. So be sure to include in-depth information about who you are, why you need the funds, and how they will be used. We will also require you to attach your organization’s logo, website URL, timeline, and fundraising goal amount. So ensure you have all the details before starting.
Step 3: Once your request has been submitted, Crossroads BBQ will review your campaign. Once it is determined that our organization qualifies, one of our representatives will then contact you to finalize the remaining details, like distribution methods.
Step 4: Once your fundraising campaign is approved, we’ll publish it on our website and provide you with a QR code. As your volunteers’ campaign for your cause, they can present this QR code (if in-person) to potential customers to scan with their smartphones and complete the order. Your volunteers should be prepared to assist in the order process if needed. Additionally, you can link back to our website via your own, send out the link via a newsletter campaign, or share the link via social media. How to campaign is entirely up to you!
Step 5: After an order is placed, your customers/supporters will receive a receipt via email confirming their order has been received. Once the campaign has been fulfilled and the Boston butts are ready for pickup, an additional email will be sent to your supporters with preparation and pickup details.
